Questions

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what people ask before they trust a market analyst that never trades. Everything here describes what the software actually does.

What Bilenabi is

Is this a broker? Can it buy or sell for me?
No. Bilenabi holds no assets, has no access to any brokerage account and cannot place an order — there is no code path for it. It analyses, ranks, proposes and watches; every trade is yours, in your own broker.
Is this investment advice?
It is information produced by software from public market data, not personal investment advice, and Bilenabi is not a licensed adviser. Every recommendation names its entry, target, stop, expected timing and the risks, so you can judge it; the decision stays with you.
What does a recommendation contain?
Four numbers and a reason: an entry zone, a target, a stop, the expected time to target, plus the conviction, the drivers and what could go wrong. If conviction is low the advisor says the setup is thin rather than manufacturing a case.

Data

Where do prices come from, and how fresh are they?
Crypto from Bitstamp in real time; equities, ETFs, indices and FX from Yahoo Finance's public endpoint, delayed about fifteen minutes; official daily closes from the same source about ninety minutes after each market's bell. Every quote carries its source and a live, delayed or daily badge; nothing is ever simulated in production.
How far back does the history go?
Every covered name holds official daily bars from 2010, or from its listing day when it listed later, up to the last session — about two million bars for some 700 names including all of Borsa İstanbul. The archive checks itself against the source before every answer and fetches what is missing on the spot.
What if the advisor lacks data on something?
It fetches first and speaks second: an unknown ticker or company name is added and analysed in the same answer. Only when the public source itself carries nothing for a code does it say so, in one line, and goes on with what exists — it never tells you to wait.
Which markets are covered?
US stocks and ETFs, the whole of Borsa İstanbul, the main European exchanges, major crypto pairs and FX crosses. Anything Yahoo Finance quotes in a currency the book values can be added by name.

Access and plans

How do I get an account?
By invitation for now. The operator issues a code or a link; the sign-up form asks for it, and the account opens on the largest plan at no charge until billing opens.
What do the plans limit?
One thing: the monthly model allowance, counted in tokens. Every feature is in every plan — the desk, alerts, the morning brief, the phone app, the JSON API. Prices on the front page are what the tiers will cost when billing opens; nothing is charged today.
Is there a phone app?
Yes, for iOS and Android: the same desk with push notifications, pull-to-refresh, a home-screen widget and share sheets, loaded from the server so it is always current. Distribution follows the web launch.

Privacy and security

What do you store about me?
Your email, name and a scrypt hash of your password; the book you describe (holdings, cash, alerts, notes); your conversations with the advisor and the tokens they cost; security events such as sign-ins. All of it is yours to export or delete from the Security page. Market data holds nothing personal.
How is the account protected?
Password hashing with scrypt, a lock after five failed sign-ins, sessions you can end from any device, two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app or a passkey, and rate limits on every sensitive endpoint. Operators must have two-factor on before the operator page opens.
Do you share data with anyone?
Your questions go to the model provider (Google Gemini) to be answered, with the market data needed for the answer; nothing else leaves the server. There is no advertising, no analytics vendor and no data sale. The privacy notice lists every processor.

Using the desk

How do alerts work?
You arm a level, a percentage move, a volatility or a drift threshold — on a name or on an exchange index — and the server watches it on its own clock, not when you happen to open the page. It notifies by push, mail or the phone app, honouring quiet hours.
What is the morning brief?
A short edition at 07–09 in your own time zone: your book overnight, what to watch today, the risks, and one thing not to do rashly. A weekly review lands on Friday evening, and a monthly PDF on the first days of the month.
Can I load my holdings from my broker?
Paste a broker export or a plain list ("THYAO 100 @ 250, AAPL 12") into the chat or the Book tab: holdings become the book, transaction statements go into the trade journal with realised gains and a tax-style view. Turkish headers and number formats are understood.
